The course was one of the single highest value training I've received in my leadership career. It shifted how I think about financial planning, and also provided ample tools I could use to apply this thinking. It allowed me to think across departments, and build capacity of departmental leaders/managers. It enabled me to plan 3-5 years ahead, not just annually. It increased my confidence and ability to meet with the finance committee of the board, and work as a team.
